Cambridge International A-level Biology 9700 Paper 4: A Level Structured Questions
9700/4 · 2 hours · 100 marks · 38.5% of the A level.
What it examines
Structured questions on the A Level syllabus content; the AS Level content is assumed.
A hundred marks in two hours is 1.2 minutes per mark, slightly less time per mark than Paper 2. The AS content is assumed, so an answer can depend on an AS topic as well as the A Level ones. Leave the paper until you have been taught most of the A Level content, then sit it to time and mark it with the mark scheme. Cambridge makes only a selection of its papers public, so use the question bank for single topics and keep the whole paper for timed practice.
