Cambridge International A-level Biology 9700 past papers

Where to get them
Cambridge International publishes them itself, on Cambridge’s past-paper page for Biology 9700. Checked against Cambridge International’s own listing on 31 August 2026.
Cambridge publishes far less of its archive than the other four boards here: on the day this list was checked its public page carried one examined series, June 2024, variant 1 of each paper, together with the 2022 specimen papers, and Cambridge's own words for that are “This is only a selection of our papers. Registered Cambridge International Schools can access a wide range of teaching and learning materials and examination resources through our School Support Hub.” The rest is in the School Support Hub, which needs a registered centre's login, so a Cambridge student without one has a single sat paper per component and not nine years of them.
Cambridge is changing the layout and formatting of its question papers from March 2026 for accessibility, and says the assessment content, demand and types of questions will not change. A 2024 paper is the right practice and the wrong shape.
